The gun barrel against my head, the metal cool compared to the hot room. I closed my eyes

"I can't bear to watch the light leave your eyes when I blow your brains across the room."

A last request, heh, I thought I was the one supposed to be asking for those.

I felt the Barrel tremble, opening my eyes his were closed. We were assasins, trained in this, why cant he kill me? Hes talking about moments we shared? Why?

"Damnit...Ive fallen in Love!"

I see now. The Petty emotions within a humans heart. He shouldnt feel the warmth of love.  Cold emptiness Command an assisins heart, as it commands mine.

I stood taking his gun gently from his hands as if it were a flower that could fall apart at any moment. He stared at me softly.

I pressed my lips to his, he pressed back. I pulled away. Might as well make the last memory a good one.

"Close your eyes for me."

He did as told and I raised the gun pressing it against his head. He smiled.

"Goodbye..."

I pulled the trigger and left the room.
